If I could rate zero or negative I would.
This is a scam.

They sign you up for a annual contract that you did not ask for. Nor was this explained at the initial meeting. We discovered this when reading the paperwork after. Other reviews complain of the same.

We requested treatment for ants and wasps. Not mice or rodents... So why would i require an annual contract?
The spray they applied did nothing. We called and told them, as they do not do a follow up to see if the application actually worked. They came a second time agreed first application did not work and applied a second application.
This also did NOT work.
Cancelled the service and they charged a fee for cancelling the contract.
A contract where they failed to complete on their end.
I did not ask for money back for initial spray.
My complaint is on a cancelation fee for services that did NOT work..
Why charge me to cancel a contract i did not ask for not did it work.

We offer an annual pest control service, which includes treatments for various pests such as ants, spiders, wasps, and rodents, with quarterly visits throughout the year. This service is outlined in the contract, which was reviewed and signed during the initial visit at your door. We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the terms or the contract itself. Our goal is always to ensure customers understand our services and how they work.

In terms of the treatments, we regret that the initial and follow-up applications didn’t resolve your pest issue as expected. We do offer retreatments as part of our guarantee to ensure our customers get the results they need, since persistent pests can take multiple treatments over time to see results. As for the cancellation fee, this is part of the contract for customers who choose to end service before the completion of four treatments, which helps cover costs incurred during the service period.

I'm sorry that I can't remember the young man's name but I think he is one of the nicest fellows I have ever dealt with. He patiently answers my questions and assures me that my problems will be taken care of. Thank you for your service, I can now work in my garden without having ants crawling on me and the mice are non existent. I also notice that the wasps are almost all gone now.

The service on site is satisfactory. However, the timing of the appointment needs improvement.
I requested to have an early appointment for a reason because I have to run errands. The technician seems to have his own scheduling without regards to the customer request.

The serviceman was very friendly and pilot. He did not rush his visit. He was very thorough explained everything as he was going along. He took the time to walk around the house and property with me to do an inspection and noted the problem areas. He cleaned the soffits. He provided me with some sticky pads for insects that might be coming in through basement windows and through weeping tile. He advised what would be done on the next visit. He provided me with an emailed report almost immediately of what was done with the invoice attached. I was very pleased with his service. He also put booties on to inspect the basement. Great job.

Your service technician was pleasant and informative.

We are pleased to see that there has been no vole activity on our back lawn over winter. This may partially be the result of there being late (and less) snowfall over the winter, but we hope to think it is a result of the treatments provided by Insight Pest Solutions. Clearly, as indicated by the pictures your technician provided, there was very little activity at the bait stations, so I expect this means the problem is being effectively addressed on an ongoing basis.

This is the best investment in my home that I have ever made. We have had no obvious evidence of rodent activity in our home in about a year now. The inspection report and photos are also very helpful, in understanding what our situation is. I also appreciate that they come in unmarked vans and are extremely quick.

I wasn't home when the technician Jesse B came by but he did service our yard as I could see on the security cameras. My husband got home while Jesse was still at our property and Jesse went over a few things and asked if we needed indoor or our garage inspected as well.
