Jordan and Nate from the wildlife division came out on Sept 23rd to address concerns about animals in our sofit.They were both very professional and took time to explain what they were going to do and how that would address our problem. They were patient as we asked several questions about the suspected pests and the process to get rid of them. It's too early to expect our pests to be gone, but the warranty of their work gives me a high comfort level. Jordan and Nate were a pleasure to do business with.

Hello from Bernadette and Jim Loesch...the two technicians who worked at our home yesterday were very professional...and courteous...just one drawback...the caulking that was used to seal portions of the soffit around the back of the house had a noxious odor...that penetrated into the air in our home...I called Jordan to let him know about my breathing issues (asthma)...I had to take a puff on my rescue inhaler...

Jordan and Nathan were both professional and pleasant. They thoroughly checked out the property, listened to our observations and came up with a plan. They explained the procedure and showed us they what they did with traps. We are very pleased.

Mark on Tuesday was very nice and Jordan and the guys on Wed were also. Very professional all the way around. Thank you.

Sadly, this last service left me feeling upset. The feeling of the front porch as well as many windows are a mess. We had just recent paid quite a bit to have our windows washed. We paid in excess of $1000 to do so. There is quite a bit of residue on the house as well.

Communication prior to service dates seems to be breaking down. Got an automated message just one day before fall invader service and then no call before the tech arrived. U
It would be nice if tech gave a call 15-30 mins before showing up (I was in the shower)!!

JP Pest Services are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and do a great job! We've been using their services for at least the last 10 years and we haven't had to worry about pests this whole time! If you have issues with Wasps, Ladybugs and Stink bugs in the fall...try their fall invader package...we went from hundreds of nuisance bugs every fall down to maybe a dozen...totally worth every penny!

I thought Mathew did an excellent job . He explained a lot about how rats and mice live and how they gain entry to your house. He took his time checking for places where they could enter and filled in holes with stuff to keep them out. He set up about 20 traps and made suggestions to keep them under control. He did a lot of spraying around the outside of the house as well. He's personable and cares about his job. I asked if he could service our house in the future? Hopefully our neighbors rats won't come near here!

Very pleased with JP Pest services. No mice, no ticks, no mosquitoes. I have had a problem with bats and JP Pest was right here taking care of the problem. Technicians have been friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Office staff have been very accommodating.

we were happy with the service we got from JP Pest. I called to have them check our house, and they came and gave us a good 30-day estimate to have our visitors evicted from our home. we hemmed and hawed on the price of doing it but in the long run, we made the call. they did the job, told us what they had done, and cleaned up any mess they had made. thank you.
