The men who came were kind and courteous and got the job done quickly.

The service tech was friendly but the ant service was WAY overpriced considering the tech told me it was too early in the season to do an outside ant treatment. He applied some gel bait inside the house, took a quick look around outside, and was gone within 20 mins. I paid several hundred dollars for that?

You show up on time and explain what needs to be done and why but you only did half the job yet you took full payment.

After just a couple of weeks we have no mouse activity inside the building. Thank you!

I didn't receive a response to my question about how long the one way door will remain in place. There was still squirrel activity as of early this morning.

JP Pest Services has been very responsive to our requests. We are undertaking a large project in the heart of downtown and in the middle of many restaurants. JP Pest has made sure our increased pest needs have been met during the project.

Not very happy with service - called months ago about a wasp issue in a building and still have not heard anything back. I have reached out several times and still no call back.

Hello, we had our first experience with JP yesterday dealing with a Wasp situation, Aaron Bennington was very informative, friendly and advised us of the entire process, he was very knowablable and through in looking at our property, he kept us advised of chemical use and what he was doing, after being with a major sized company for the last 5 years, he did things we have never seen before and it was very refreshing to see a quality visit instead of a 2 min spray job we were used to.

I am so grateful for JP Pest Services! We contracted with them last year and it gives me the peace of mind that any "invaders" are taken care of without me having to even think about it.
