Been our bug service tech for a while now. Very informative. Happy to answer questions. Great around our pets. I could go on and on. We're happy with our service. If any problems they're happy to come back. No complaints.

I've been having a hard time getting on my techs. Review for some reason or other. Not sure where else I can go. So please look into it for me. Maybe on our end wifi etc.
Please give Bryce his tip. I give 5 stars. He's been good to us here in cocoa/PSJ. Answers questions goes above and beyond for his customers. Also when I call main office yall been very helpful.

I've been using McCall since I bought my home 4yrs and counting. I've never had a problem with any of the services. Tech Bobby has always been friendly and polite and very informative! He was servicing my home for millipedes and he informed me of why there were so many and advise of trimming the greenery around my home and then educated me on termites and the possibility of getting them here in Florida. I just had a visit from Devin and he too was very informative, friendly and polite. They have happy employees and as a customer I'm very happy to have them. Palm Bay, FL.
