Scot Enger has been servicing our plant and has done a very good job. He is professional and serious about the importance of his job. He checks in each visit and we discuss his findings prior to him leaving the facility. We have not been through any major audits at this time but will be involved with a Nestle Purina Pet Care audit in August. We chose to continue with McCloud for at least another year due to the lack of problems and the quick reactions to issues we may have. I would like to continue working a partners as we go through this years audits and see how things go, possibly raising the star rating as the year passes by.

For years, I have rated your service 5 stars plus. For whatever reason,. our first and second applications were delayed this year so for the first time in over 15 years, the cluster flies and ladybugs found their way into our house. I am not sure the second application would have happened when it did had I not called the technician directly. We'll probably give McCloud a second chance if we receive the reassurance of more timely service next year. Perhaps the problem is your further centralization of remote communication which changed again this year? While cost-effective, the internet sometimes doesn't work so well!

Living out in the country can bring out all kinds of pests, especially this time of year. Warren stays on top of it all in a timely manner. Contract prices have risen significantly over the years since we first started with McCloud. I wish you would offer a price break (other than the 3% off prepay) for those of us who have been loyal customers over the years!

We have been using McCloud for the last six or seven years. We get weekly visits from our reps, who are always great at communicating areas that need our attention and helping take care of any invaders/pests we may have. Specifically Grant and Scot have done an outstanding job at coming out to our facility whenever we have a problem or need that is outside of our normal weekly visit. Our service is always top notch and our reps are what keeps us more than satisfied with McCloud's service. We have had other pest control companies try and get their foot in the door, but as long as we keep the same level of service with McCloud that we have been getting, they won't have a chance.
