Miller Pest & Termite

So far everything is good. It’s been only two days but I haven’t seen or heard anything.

Initial treatment July 11, second treatment July 28 and still getting bit up by these little pests after sitting on the couch for only 15 min. I can’t see them but obviously they are still there. Waiting for the next treatment this month but it is taking a long time.

Everytime someone comes out they are very nice, professional and helpful.

I have not heard from anyone , no one has been here since the first installation with Joshua, if they are suppose to come to the house no one has checked in with me since I told Joshua I want to know when they are coming to do the monthly visit…. I have therapy’s till 2 pm so any time after 2 pm if they met me know first . I hope you get this since , I am not good with or tech savvy with these things , I do not have a computer or lap top , just my iPhone…. I would like a call since I have questions please but again after 2 pm please !

So happy we went with Miller! We live in an older neighborhood with really mature wildlife so we wanted a pest control company with a more aggressive approach. After just one treatment Miller has already succeeded. Our technician, Josh, was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable and overall amazing. They came on short notice and did a thorough job, did it quickly and very well. Doug who helped us get set up was also very knowledgeable and kind. Their website was also the most user friendly and very easy to navigate. Can’t recommend Miller enough!

First time customer with Miller Pest and Termite and we are extremely happy with their service. We found evidence of termites. I called them in the Morning and they were out that afternoon for inspection and program. They handling calling dig hot line and were out just a few days later for initial service and setup of Sentricon Termite System. Josh explained everything from the termite system to their pest service in an easy to understand way. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Prompt and excellent customer service. We are very glad we chose Miller for our Pest Control.

7 days after treating two chairs for bed bugs we still have them. I find 1 to 3 a day. They are getting smaller each day. I captured a few and put them in the cup holder in the chair where they can"t get out and they live for days in the treatment ?. Mike.

Miller Pest is a realizable vendor, on time and work performed as promised. After the first application, we continued to see some ant traffic. A second application was done at no extra charge and we are apparently pest free now!

I am satisfied so far but want to make sure we have selected the right treatment so we can be sure to be rid of the bed bugs!

You folks helped me solve my problem with german cockroaches, but did so at an exporbetant price. I felt that the only option offered me was to pay such a large amount, followed by a second payment also of a sizable amount, and then monthly fees left me feeling t45aken advantage of. Had I known what chemicals and poisons would have solved my problem, I could have bought them from www.domyown.com at a fraction of your cost. Furthermore, I was promised a 30 day follow up visit for treatment that has not been provided. I understand your need as a business for a steady stream of income, but I feel your approach to be my problem is opportunitic. I promise you that as soon as my one year obligation is finished, I will cancel your service. I would say that you did a good job, and that you solved my problem, but that with the appropriate knowledge I could have done it myself at a fraction of your cost. Do you want to conserve my business. Then agree to charge me $25 per month from now to eternity, and then I will be you loyal customer. It is your choice, take advantage of me, and lose my allegiance, or take care of me and do so at a fair price.
