The technician was very friendly and professional. We had NO mice this visit. Yay!! The treatments seem to be working.

I don't feel that I got good value at all. (not the person applying the chemical's fault). We were having wasp issues. I was thinking it would be more of a general application...but we only got a small amount of spray to one nest I had already nearly completely killed. The cost was extremely expensive for this.

Rep was thorough and explained the options so that we could make the best decision for our situation. We were also acting on behalf of another client and because he was not able to get inside indicated he was reluctant to perform only half the service given the amount of money to be spent. We were able to reschedule to a time when the complete treatment could be done.

Thought I had carpenter ants as we have had them before. David quickly saw we had a mouse issue. Really creepy. But David explained that there really was a fix. I’ve never successfully gotten rid of mice. But This sounds good. David sounds confident. I appreciated that he anticipated my concerns (we have a dog) and could effectively place the bait stations. My plan with Modern Pest Services includes inspections from you 3 times/year. Send David; I think he knows what he is doing.

Not sure what is happening with your scheduling department. We were scheduled for a treatment at our property in Sargentville. Since we live four hours away we asked a friend to open up the locked gate so technician could do the treatment. No one ever showed up and she was there for four hours. We called and rescheduled and that appointment worked out as tech showed up in the time frame we were told. A week after that appointment someone else showed up and went to the house on the hill saying that they could not get access to do the treatment(gate is locked when no one is there). We called Modern Pest again and they reviewed the information and said that it was a mistake for the last person to go to our property. It would seem the communication needs
to be better between departments. BTW, everyone with whom we spoke was apologetic and very pleasant, it was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you, Jane Nesbitt.

For the amount of time it took to apply the product I thought it was excessively expensive. We have claristory windows on both ends of the house and they were sprayed. If we had known that the treatment would spray them we would have requested not to spray the upper part of the house.

Need to narrow the window of when the Tech will arrive. 8-5 is not helpful. I don’t see any reason that couldn’t be cut into a 4 hr window or even a 2 hr window.

Mark was great-but having to babysit the company by calling them before every service to make sure they are sending the only service agent who is trained to do my property. We spray 2 acres but have 19 acres of wooded land so not just anyone can come out and spray. I also have two dogs. I hope going forward that this gets taken care of.

I went away for one day and found out that someone was servicing the house the next day via phone mail. Fortunately it was outside or they would have found out we weren't home.

It’s been almost 2 full weeks and I am waking up nightly due to rodents scratching inside my walls. I paid over $600 and was told it would be cheaper than the “organic” option but yet my credit card statement showed the original amount. And there are still rodents. I need a service that will kill these pests asap!
