Happy with the mosquito service - we have been outside a lot this summer and my wife who normally gets bit quite a lot by mosquitoes has not been bothered by them. My only area for improvement is in the back office. A bit sketchy talking with the folks who said that they differentiate prices and everyone pays the same but when I mentioned that my neighbor was getting tick shield thrown in for free they suddenly had differentiated pricing... Then when I get the service description it doesn't say anything about the tick shield, nor does it say it on the service notices, however they say "its in there". Would be better to just be upfront and if you are delivering a service, put it down on the contract and invoice rather than having a voice over saying don't pay attention to the contract.

We have had a tough time in the summer being able to spend time outside, especially in the upper level of our yard where the dog loves to chase her ball. I wanted to treat the yard for mosquitos, but didn't want the chemicals. I tried the natural spray, beginning this past May and it's been wonderful. So far, our problem with mosquitos seems to be gone. The technicians are very thorough in applying the spray and they are here every two weeks! I highly recommend Mosquito Shield!

Have started using Mosquito Shield in May of this year. Definitely does make a big difference - mosquitoes have practically disappeared, save for a couple of exceptions. In prior years, we'd have been eaten alive, but now we have reclaimed our deck, and we can water the flowers in front of the house without fearing the bites. We intend to continue using this service for the rest of this year and next year, too.

We are not getting bit as much as we would without the service but still getting some bites. We think the spraying could be done more thoroughly. It is usually done in 5 minutes. Our observation is that not all areas are covered. For example, when spraying on the deck, it is only done a little bit under the table and not the entire floor or railings. Perhaps, our expectations are higher but think more attention to all areas would have a greater chance of preventing any bites.

Easy and Effective - Get regular reminders before they spray. Spraying is consistently on schedule and quick. Seems to work well - biting is at a minimum. In fact, anytime I happen to notice a rogue mosquito around me (usually at dusk), it seems like I get the next Mosquito Shield notice within the next 24 hours in my email. Definitely worth the money.
