Haven’t seen any more ants in the house which is a relief.

I had a sudden bee infestation where the bees were in the attic but entering the house through a light fixture on a 20 ft. ceiling. I called Nozzle Nolen at 10am in a panic. The exterminator arrived by 3pm in a bee suit and placed the bee killing product through the eaves on the exterior roof. The bees were dying within a half hour and all were dead within 24 hours. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. I have contracted for all manner of creepy crawlies with Nozzle Nolen. I know that I'm in excellent hands.

The office staff and technicians have been great, the first visit Eric was really good, he came back in a week to verify that everything was OK and provided additional service that was needed. I switched from Orkin, based on my friendship with Lynn Nolen, and after listening to stellar reviews during art classes where several classmates raved about their Nozzle Nolen service people. Mary Dooney in particular. My experience has been somewhat different. We spend $167 per month for service from your company. I have not been particularly impressed with the responses I’ve received from my calls to your company as they relate to service and especially what I perceive to be rather cool disinterest to my concerns. We pay for the premier package, I believe, but only use a very small portion of that as we do not have any inside services at all. We are willing to pay for more services than we actually use, but are somewhat off put by a less than sincere approach to calls to customer service. I know your company has won many awards, and is very successful . I wouldn’t go back to Orkin....or anyone else...it’s just a perceived attitude that you don’t particularly care about a customer concern....just to assure the caller that something will be done immediately, but with no apologies whatsoever about the fact that the customer had to even call in the first place. I frequently resent spending this amount of money for your services, while being made to feel badly about calling you with problems.

We’ve used Nozzle Nolen for 10+ years now and they’ve always been great. Our service tech though...ugh. He comes into our home and just complains. It’s annoying to listen to him tell me how many jobs he’s done today and how tired he is. He’s also supposed to get rid of the spiderwebs that form outside all over our trees and bushes and I’m constantly having to remind him to do that. I’m not even sure he did yesterday when he was here.
