We offer pest and termite extermination, rodent and animal removal, flea and tick control, fire/carpenter ant pre-treatments, in-wall pest tubes, termite pre-treatments, baiting systems, and other comprehensive solutions for residential termite control and pest control.

Along with our superb pest control, we offer specialized lawn and ornamental shrubbery programs. Our licensed and certified technicians customize each service to meet the exact needs of individual lawns, trees, and shrubs. Pest Control - had to call 3 people to get the right service. Had wrong lawn service for months, finally was told about the correct service. Irrigation people are horrible and clueless about providing service. Inspector comes to waste your time and not be able to set or fix anything.

The exterminators do a great job. The office billing and contract systems are full of errors. It doesn't feel too good when, after paying in advance, one gets a bill of an amount due. Not happy with the office systems.

I thought they were supposed to clear/scrape the mud daubers around my house and spray to prevent wasps and bees from coming back. The day after service bees were back making new nests.

More effort goes into upselling than actually servicing. Multiple no-shows and excuses like vehicle issues or weather. HOA has sent complains about the condition of my lawn multiple times. Not seeing any of the improvement promised by the pushy salesman that got me signed up for this.

The service is excellent, but the initial visit with the salesperson was not as excellent. When I had asked that I want a complete service where I don't have to worry about any insects or pests in or out I was told this is what I was signing up for. After a few months I found out there were several major services that were not in my contract or what I had asked for. Another words when I ask for the works, premium service, I was not given the correct quote.
