Awesome Customer Service. Answered all of my questions. Thorough & respectful. Honest. We already have Termite traps and I did not know it. Precision informed me of the traps and suggested that I find out the original owner of the traps and contact them before having to pay Precision for something that is already there. I truly respect their honesty because clearly that was an opportunity for them to take advantage of us. I highly recommend Precision. Can't go wrong.

VERY Pleased with the results after just one visit. Ants seemed to be a Nasty Problem and I had tried many products to eliminate them myself. One call to Precision Pest and Brett came and sprayed in, and around, the house and explained that we might see a few ants for a couple of days and then none. And he was absolutely right. Great Service and Pleasing results.

I still find it hard to believe how satisfied I could be with something as "insignificant" as pest control. Jim and the Precision Pest team have taken care of us over the years in such a way that our relationship with our pest control company is one of the most important partnerships that we have on the domestic front. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jim and his crew at Precision Pest Control are both responsive and thorough. Our church hase regular visits scheduled, but on occasion we need extra services such as spraying ant hills on our football field prior to an outdoor event. Precision PC is flexible in performing services as needed as well as keeping up with our regular services. Great job and a very fair price. Five stars out of five stars!
