You need to spray the ground and bushes for spiders. Just spraying the perimeter doesn’t control them.

I was very disappointed I called several times and told the person in customer service that I needed the service tech to spray every ware and that we had spiders every ware. They tech came out and less than 20 minutes he was done I saw him on my ringtone. Very disappointed looking for another company.

The technician came and whent without a phone call, text or knock at the door to let us know he needed access to our patio area for the monthly rodent trap inspection. I didn't get an inspection of my property that day but, I did receive a bill. PS prior to past visits to my home, I did receive a text message to tell me about when I could expect the technician so the garage door was opened in advance. FYI, all prior visits where 5 STAR.

Hi, thank you for coming out. We are still getting webs with spiders every morning in the front yard connected to our car doors from the tree and also basketball hoop.

Sprayed well however didn’t remove all spider webs. Didn’t do a thorough job.

Josh was punctual and very courteous.

The serviceman who came yesterday did not have a key.
Please be sure to bring the key next time.
There are still numerous cockroaches in the kitchen, please exterminate them.

I have massive bugs still everywhere. I find cobwebs right after the tech left. The service did nothing for my fruit flies etc. I will need a retreat on a Saturday please. I'm bummed please don't send same tech. Plus, my previous address at 307 Pirate Road was almost 3x as big as where I'm living now and the price. I paid $119 or $129 for upkeep. Had someone come out to deal with a spider issue and spiders returned a week or two later.

We were really happy with our service! I’ve tried many companies that were hard to deal regarding scheduling day I wanted!
