If I could give Danny Knox a 10 star review I would. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an easy way explaining the process with my residents and with me. Whenever I need him to come to my site for treatment, he makes sure he is there for us.

Danny is such an awesome employee! We had a big mouse issue and our landlord contacted Smithereen. Danny came out the very next day and did a thorough evaluation of our house to see where the mice were getting in. He set traps and sprayed outside to keep them from coming in. The mice were completely gone in just a few days! Then, we recently had a bee problem as well. He was done working for the day but saw the call was for us and came out anyways to get rid of the bees for us! I cannot say enough good things about Danny!! He is a rockstar employee!

Sean of Smithereen Pest Management called ahead to schedule my annual inspection. He was on time, friendly, and completed a thorough evaluation of my two difficult-to-access crawl spaces where the termites had originally been spotted. Because he took his time and checked the entire perimeters, I have peace of mind that I do not have to worry about termites this year!

James from Smithereen has done a fantastic job at our home in Forest Park, Illinois. For several years we had continuing ant issues with a different provider. But after our first service with James earlier this summer, it has been an entirely different story. We have not had a single ant sighting after his visit. In addition to his quality work, he is also very friendly, punctual, and a courteous visitor. He quickly identifies issues, explains what he is doing, and gets the job done. Highly recommend!

David has been with us since the end of last year. I've been with smithereen for almost six years and have the same reoccurring problems every summer. This year David has been extremely attentive to our needs and always ensures I am aware what he has done and his plans for next visit as well. he almost always seems to be in a good mood and genuinely caring. This is the first year my husband and I have not had any ants, or anything else in our home. David always makes sure I am satisfied
and all my wants are met before he leaves each time. He never has an issue going the extra mile or doing one more thing before he leaves. I recommend smithereen to anyone for any pest control needs.

We have been working with Smithereen for the past ten years. But, frankly we have worked exclusively with Lenny. He is amazing. There are not words to describe his professionalism, courtesy and absolute dedication to solving our pest problem.

We live in an old house (built in 1903). We have had our share of pest problems. We are very fortunate to have worked with Lenny. His attitude is that he will keep at it until the problem is resolved.
