We had the pleasure of meeting our new Terminix representative today (01-13-2025) during a service call. Christian Neary was very professional checking our attic and under the house. My husband questioned him about both conditions and he was quick to respond with positivity. Christian is one of the most personable young men and we are looking forward to continuing our outstanding service with Terminex, I apologize for not providing the Google 5.0 Five Star with the scan. Should have been a 10 for the service today. Thank you for the back up email plan.

I’m so frustrated with Terminix. Living in a small town, I decided to go with a national brand for moisture barrier service since I figured they would be trustworthy. It took about 90 days to get everything completed. The work kept stopping and starting. Things being rescheduled. Meanwhile I was dealing with a serious moisture issue inside my home. The price kept going up from what I was initially quoted because the initial quote was given without a proper inspection. The increase was close to 3k. The issues have been numerous with getting the work done and the cost. The dehumidifier, that cost 4k, has not worked properly since the installation. It kicks on literally for a few minutes at a time. Sometimes it is super loud sounding like it’s struggling to work. Then there are stretches where it doesn’t kick on for days at a time. The longest so far was 4 days. It’s loud so I can hear it running. I have asked for a replacement several times only to be given excuses. They did finally put in a monitor to be able to physically see the humidity levels in the crawl space. The levels vary greatly getting as high as 70! On top of all the issues I have had, which have been numerous, I checked around with neighbors and other companies for pricing. My neighbor, whose house is almost double the size of mine, paid 3k for the entire service with a local vendor. That included the moisture barrier and dehumidifier. When I told a friend who has done this service in the past, he couldn’t stop laughing telling me how badly I was taken advantage of with what I paid. My final cost after fighting with them over double charges and the incorrect square footage still came to close to 9k. I’m a single older woman on social security. This is an exuberant amount of money for me. I have since stopped using them for pest service and am still waiting to have the issue with the dehumidifier rectified. I keep thinking of what Trump said at his rally about contractors. Basically he said if they don’t do a good job then he doesn’t pay them. Too bad that doesn’t work for the little guys like you and me, the average customer. We would risk being hauled to court. So what do we do when we feel taken advantage of? Think of that before hiring any contractor.

The two Terminix representatives who set up pest control for our house were both prompt, polite, and efficient. They worked within our limitations. We appreciated that they took the time to explain their procedures and that they answered all our questions.

Austin was very apologetic abt the mix up last Friday. My sneaky neighbor led him to believe he was at the right apt. My advice is to have the technician call before they come if you have a tricky address.

I would like to express how much I appreciate and am satisfied with our Terminix Pest Control Service Technician who we have had serviced our home for the past year. His name is Ponch and I highly recommend him. He is very professional and thorough with his job, he troubleshoots any issues and resolves them on the spot. Thank you Ponch, and to his Area Manager: Daniel. Mr. Daniel, you have a good employee there.... I think the best.

I submitted an incorrect rating on 09/24/2020 with a rating of2. That was an incorrect rating because I had another service on my mind and had the wrong email opened. The Technician was prompt, checked in with me before and after completion of service and provided me verbally the results on the spot. Written review came later via email.

TERRIBLE service. First, they gave me an appointment time and told me they’d be coming out to spray for ants that day. I wanted a one-time spray before signing a contract to see how effective it would be. Instead of sending someone out to do the work, they sent someone to make me sign a contract. After finally getting across that I did not want to sign up for their 12-month plan, they scheduled an appointment for someone to do the spray. Someone came out, they put down granules, my ants MULTIPLIED! Called them back, after several transfers and about half an hour on hold, I was told the manager would have to speak to me about it. A day later he called me back and said someone would come out to spray. It finally killed the ants... for less than 2 weeks and they were all back again. Called to discuss it with them (they originally told me it would keep ants gone 30-60 days). Spent another 30 minutes being transferred around and put on hold. The call taker told me that in order to keep ants away that long I’d need to have someone come out every 2 weeks and that’s why I needed to sign up for their annual plan (where they come out once a month)... what?! I told them I wanted a refund of the $200 I spent to keep ants off my yard for all of two weeks. She told me I’d need to speak to a manager but he wasn’t available, so he’d call me back. He never did. Horrendous customer service and the product was just as worthless. Do yourself a favor and find a better service provider.

He was courteous, professional, and thorough in every aspect of his job. Recently that has changed and I am very confused why. I knew my Technician and he knew my family, our house, and preferences.
