Hi My name is Carol, my husband and I,we are very happy with the service we got yesterday from the tech person that came out to our house this time. I think his name was Cameron Chitty or something like that. But look on my account and see who it was that serviced our home. That's the person I want to come from now on. He did an awesome job and made sure he did it right. The ones who came before was in and out and was rushing just to finish the job. But Cameron made sure he took care of all the areas. My husband said from now on could we have him to come out. I can truely say this young man did an awesome job. He needs a raise and please keep him as my tech. I don't want anyone else. Not very happy for now
After 2 weeks of the first service there are more roaches in the house , screen in porch , laundry room and bathroom then before the service
So now after buying a view cans of Raid that I sprayed myself around the house it is getting better.

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from Jessica Wilkinson and her trainee, Caleb. They were prompt, courteous, pleasant, and explained everything they were doing, inside and outside of my home. I pray that the problem I am having with fire ants, insects, etc., will be alleviated or reduced a great deal after my monthly Terminix treatments. Caleb will be a very good Terminix Technician; Jessica is a very good teacher as well.

As I just opened your letter to me in the mail, I will be cancelling my agreement for insect extermination. I don't know if you use a different product then my previous (Bottom line) provider or it is not being sprayed correctly, but I am constantly seeing spiders around the outside and garage. Your technician is definitely not removing the spider webs from my windows. I will contact you be phone directly.
