Eric our normal tech was not able to come do our service on 5/8/25. The young man that did come was ok but did not do the job that Eric always does for us. Jason called to let me know he will reschedule our inspections for moisture under the house and our normal pest control treatment because Eric was out sick that day. The young man that came did not leave me any paperwork or do half of the outside treatments that Eric always does. It is hard to beat the best unless you learn and do all the company's work expectations. Thank you Jason for going to reschedule our appointment from 5/8/25. Great follow up from Jason to make sure customer is happy and satisfied with Terminix's service. Changing our star rating from Average to Excellent due to Jason.

The termites are gone so the mission was accomplished.

However, the local businesses promised me this about you guys, and regrettably, I did not heed their advice. First, the price for the same service was 2000 dollars more than the local termite competitors, despite the local places offering more coverage. There were numerous appointments made that were not kept, even last minute cancellations - not to mention the estimators were late on every appointment. I immediately should have seen that my time was not valued by Terminix.

I paid up front and within less than a month, I'm already receiving bills. I immediately called about the bill and was promised to be contacted by a manager - which of course hasn't happened. Overall, when my year runs out, I will be cancelling service because of the lack of care for my time and the seeming demand for money that is not owed.

The 2 technicians that came to our house were very polite and professional.

The first Terminix technician came out on March 18, sprayed inside and out, focusing on the bathroom/laundry room for fleas. We called 2 days later, on the 20th because we still had LOT of fleas.

The second Terminix technician retuned on March 21 and sprayed the bathroom/laundry room for a second time with instructions to "Vacuum everyday- the vibrations will make the eggs hatch, give it 2 weeks for the treatment to be fully effective."

This Friday April 4th will be 2 weeks, we are still infested with fleas. Because of this, want to give a Zero-star rating as we have had Zero results, but are required to give at the very least one star to submit the review.

We will be calling to set up an appointment for a 3rd spraying at the end of the 2 weeks which will be April 4th.

Hopefully that will rid us of the fleas we paid Terminix to get rid of, then we will be able to give a satisfactory star rating.

the work was done well but communication was very poor they wer always changing the times to come and it was somewhat frustrating. When it was all done it looks like they did a good job.

I had several work items completed including installation of a dehumidifier. The electrician on this project did not reach out to come and electrical was not available with the installation occurred. The person doing the dehumidifier work informed I was good to go but when I wanted to inspect it came to light that he had not cemented the holes he made in my foundation and had not informed me that the installation was not complete due to the electrician. I will say other service providers for terminate treatment and wildlife vent covers were both efficient and professional.
