Once again! After walking my property I found bait traps out of the ground. I was assured by management and again by the technician that the service was completed. This has proven to be false! I am asking for a full refund and a cancellation of our contract seeing as services were not provided. I expect a call from a regional manager not the local one. The reason being it has been nothing but lies.

We received a system generated phone message that did not complete. We tried numberous times to reach the local office to find out what the message was, with no success. I then called the 800 number, told them I could not reach the local office. The main office representative could not get through either, but I was told we were scheduled for Monday afternoon between 3 and 5:15. The person was so late we thought he wasn't coming as we did not receive any call indicating a late arrival. Whether the treatment was satisfactory, only time will tell.

Not pleased with visit on Saturday 29th. Was ask to put granules in front of garage door, and back door on the deck. He was doing this and it started to rain. He said he wanted to go home, so he left during shower. He did not return.
