I am very displeased ,when the service tech came out to initially sign us up he told us that he would remove refrigerator take off the light the wall switch plates and spray and vacuum any dead roaches which was our problem German cockroaches. When I called the district manager he said no we do not move refrigerators or take off light switch plates, well I still have roaches running around my house and no one will seem to come out Until 2 months and help me also I was told they would treat my yard for fire ants! I feel I was misled.

My person came to my house and wore no mask. I asked why. He said they only wear masks if the cliant asked. I did not feel that should be an option.Several times communication had a disconnect. Called Fri. told they were c omming Mon. Mon the office called and asked if they could set up an appointment for the following Tues. Disconnect?

Usually there brush off spider cobwebs
Did not do that this time not sure why.

I really need to wait a while to give you feed back
one or two things i saw already is one of the termite plugs(?) is too visible or it may need to be inserted more.
as far as the pesticide i need to see how things progress.

Excellent service, always prompt, courteous and friendly. We had Terminix in VA for almost 12 years and upon moving to NC in 2018; wanted to continue to be a customer due to Terminix's excellent customer service.

I don't understand why I've been charged full price for half the service.

The initial service / installation went great. Now we will wait and see if it gets rid of the termites.

Daniel is the best! We really appreciate him coming out during this tough time and taking care of our home. He always offers inside service as well, but we were satisfied with him thoroughly doing the exterior at this time, including around our pool area. He is always so pleasant and cooperative.

TERMINIX

We have been customers of Terminix for a number of years and have been basically satisfied with your company's services, if not always happy. In this most recent instance we are, unfortunately, most UNHAPPY. Your agent, Logan, showed us pictures of what he represented were varmint droppings. He could fix the problem by sealing up the crawl space. He told us about putting heavy screen wire over the vents and sealing any entry points. He also told us that the varmints were getting up above the insulation and knocking it down. He said that he would have the insulation all put back into place.

Logan, talking to my wife at this point, produced a $1200 contract for the work and asked for a $120 down payment. She thought the price seemed high but felt we needed the work done so wrote a check for $120 and signed the contract. We had considerable difficulty getting a copy of the contact or received the promised pictures from your office. You have done a number of other jobs for us which were satisfactory so we assumed this would be all right. The contact, when we got a copy, did not specify the work to be done or the materials to be used in any detail, only that the cost was $1200.

When your technician came he did cover the the vents with hardware cloth in a satisfactory manner and he applied silicone caulk under the aluminum brick mould around the house. He was here a total of three and a half hours, including a lunch break, and used a small roll of hardware cloth and a few tubes of caulk. He did not (and would not) repair the fallen insulation bats. In addition he left a discarded caulk tube and a used rubber glove on the premises.

I went under the house to inspect the work - a very difficult job for a 79 year old with only one good leg. I could not find any of the evidence shown in Logan’s pictures of varmint damage, only some roach droppings.
In general we do not feel that the work done or the time spent was worth your $1200 fee. We would very much like to discuss this situation further with the district manager, who has been very helpful to us in the past.

Not happy with how workers left garbage all over our yard and blocked entrance to our trash can area for 3 days Our yard looks like a trash dump.

Service was professional.

Please spend a little money and purchase a scheduling system that actually works. Calls are made to customers with no message left. I then have to call Terminix back, and wait for 30 minutes to find out when they will be out. Also, when you finally receive an appointment, for 1300, your lucky if the technician shows up at 1500. Hire more people. I would not recommend Terminix to any friend or neighbor. If my want to continue getting my business, spend a little money and satisfy the customer!

I have seen no evidence of the initial treatment- no dead roaches anywhere. I am seeing more live ones. My trap door for going under the house was left open. I need a treatment before March.

I get a call letting me know the technician is coming out but I never see any notes/evidence that he has been there ? They use to leave a hanging card on the door, would appreciate it if something like that is left in the future.

The person assigned to my account did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

always professional and our pest control person this month, Daniel Hedgpeth was very polite, helpful , professional and did an excellent job.

I recently had my first checkup on my bait stations after a year. When I talk ed to the inspector on the phone, I told him about a bait station that I had hit the lid with the lawn mower and it would need replaced. When I came home after work I can see where the grass around all of the other bait stations had been disturbed which it should have been to check it, but the bait station that had the lid torn off had no lid and it looks like the hole was just filled in with dirt. IDK exactly what that means, but on the phone the service tech said he had a new lid and there is not one and IDK if the station is still there. There was no note on the report addressing the station at all, just "no activity" was indicated. I would go 5 stars with this survey but for the reasons previously listed, I think I should reserve with a 4. The initial service etc. was a little pricey, but I have seen no more termites.

Daniel did a very good job and he took his time and made feel good like a i’m valued customer and he explain how the treatment works he did a very good job.

I cannot think of a single company that has disappointed me more than Terminix. Hired them for pest control and the initial treatment was horrendous. The Ocean Isle Beach branch has scheduled me for a retreatment on two separate occasions and no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since the initial treatment. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone.

Still seeing bugs and no dead ones.

Justin did a wonderful job applying the bug spray both inside and outside of our home. He was cordial and explained the whole process thus beforehand.

We enjoyed meeting Justin and haven't seen a bug in the house since!

Not happy at all. They show up with no warning.

I am writing to let you know the service has been good up to the last couple of months. I am seeing lots of unwanted insect activity at the rear porch. I did just receive an application very recently and has not resolved the issue. I expect the same is true for the front deck. Each desk or porch has an access door to allow the guys to spray under these areas. Please advise them to do so or I will be considering other options.

Completely pleased with the meeting with your representative and with extremely speedy installation of the ant-termite system. All very good.

The guy that talked us through and signed us up was very nice and friendly. I felt like the second guy that actually came and did the spraying could have stayed longer, especially inside. It just seemed too quick. He was nice also.

the plastic installation in then crawl space was well done by Zack Bennett. The follow up inspection by Stephen found it to be an excellent job. My disappointment was that it was a two man job and you only sent one. The removal of and replacement of some of the storage materials under the house required a second person. Therefore I had to hire a neighbor's son to help which I paid and should be reimbursed to me by
Terminix. I'm still waiting for response from them.

I was well pleased with the complete deal with the people from the Terminix location at Sunset Beach. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. The inspector was thorough and answered all my questions. The installers were professional and did a neat quality looking job and we were seeing quick results from the vapor barrier and the dehumidifier. So all in all I guess you could say "Job Well Done" Terminix.
