From the beginning the service was not as expected. It took over 4 tries to get the vapor barrier in the crawlspace and while my lawn was treated for ant hills there seems to be more ant hills than ever before. There was confusion about the times and dates the workers were supposed to show up and no follow up as to how the job went or if I needed any additional services. I would like to cancel this service immediately!

We have recently consolidated all our pest control to Terminix. We had different representatives touch base and update all our pest needs. The men were Logan Capps, James and Jim. They all did an excellent job taking care of our pest needs as well as answering any questions or concerns we had. They were very polite and very helpful. I'm not happy when the company tries to rip me off for a $3k roof job telling me I have flying squirells and then takes a 10% deposit before I can even look in my attic and I would like that deposit returned.

Initial communication on inside work not clear with tech and what was stated with sales rep conversation. Had to actually show termite activity again inside previously inspected by sales rep.

Jeremiah,the technician was very friendly. He did not finish the job we agreed to. The cobwebs we’re not brushed off the exterior of the house an$ ant hills were not treated in the yard as agreed to with Brandon, the salesman. Jeremiah says he was ill the end of last week but he has not returned this week to finish the job. Someone needs to do this.

I was pleased with the individual from the wildlife division that inspected and sealed entry points. Not impressed with the individual that came and spent 10 minutes putting a bait box in the crawl space and one in the attic.
It’s only been a week but rats are still in the attic and probably in the crawl space (I didn’t go in the crawl space).
