Well, there have been some issues with my service. The technicians who installed the plastic in the crawl space never showed me a picture of their work. I had a pest control appointment scheduled for Monday, April 27, which was canceled right at the appointment time. I wasn’t happy about that since my time is valuable and I had made preparations for that day. The next appointment was for replacing the crawl space door. The technician arrived around 12:30 p.m., and while removing the old door, he broke a water pipe, leaving me without water for five hours. He left around 5:30 p.m., but the work needs to be redone because the wood used for the new door was warped and of poor quality. With all that said, I’m not a happy customer. I had a referral in mind, but now I’m reconsidering. I would like compensation for my time and inconvenience.

Your rep arrived and I asked if he was going to do interior. He says, "do you want me to do interior?" I said, "should I do interior?" He said, "do you want me to do interior?" I say, your professional opinion should the interior be done?" He says, "if you want me to." Seeing my frustration he adds, "there is no need to do inside because we only spray drain areas." Rep was only outside a brief time then leaves. If I was in a foundation or slab home I would understand that thought process. Being in mobile home with underpinning it seems there are more entry points than just drains. Felt rep was very dismissive of me. Would love a different rep for next visit please.

Hard to review something when I can’t even be assured it was done. I received no notice that there would be someone here to perform the service, nor did I receive anything that said service had been done. How do I know it happened? I would appreciate notice before (text message) and after (note on my door) service is performed, not just a bill for services rendered.

Coordination with the office staff was difficult. When I received a notice that my service would be cancelled on a particular date, I call their office. I asked for an invoice and they had no idea how much I owed! After my 2nd call, I finally got an invoice and paid it. This is my second year with them but find it discerning.
