Your help for termites and bedbugs has been great, especially the work with my bedbug that Robert gave. I need to set up a 3-month check for bedbug. I have not seen any signs but want to keep my contract. Can someone please contact me? I have had your service for termites for almost 20 Years and no signs of termites. Did not do the work as stated in contract. Was charged for sanitized crawlspace using benefect fogger and the service guy told me someone else would come do the fogger. I will no longer use Terminix after being a customer since 1987. This was one messed up expensive job.

We are glad we have had the first treatment. However, I did not appreciate that I was not contacted by the person who did the treatment and asked if it was ok to show up early. I had been told the appointment time was between 4 and five PM. I attended a meeting because I knew I'd be home by 4 PM. I got a text from my son saying the Terminix guy was already at our house by 2:15 pm. By the time I got home, before 4 pm, the guy was almost done. He never spoke to me before he left.

Our technician Jason is fantastic...always on time and very engaged. He goes above and beyond. We live by a marsh, a creek and lots of woods, so we know we will have bugs, but the treatments keep everything under control. Five stars to Jason and 4 stars for Terminix.

I have never had an exterminator. I was prepared to see dead bugs but not more live ones than I had to begin with. The ones I am seeing are having babies by the gazillion. I don’t see this getting rid of. My well care nurse and pt lady will not come back till they are gone and I need them to be able to come back.

2 weeks after treatment and I am still seeing earwigs in house and why didn’t the initial tech not notice terminate nests on right side of house. I not happy at all with the waste of my time
