* paid in full online for annual termite bait station renewal 10/10 * didn't receive any Terminix follow up guidance as to when technician would be coming to the home to assess bait stations to refill, as well as if any termite damage was detected * after submitting multiple online chats at www.insect.com, I was advised that technician would be coming to the home 10/30 in the early morning * didn't see technician, vehicle, or any hard copy reports left at the home that any assessment was completed * when I called Customer Care, was advised that technician was at the home between 10-10:30 a.m.; I was home all day, have an office with a window at the front of the home, and never saw anyone from Terminix * left multiple online chat messages for written report, asked for technician/Branch Manager to e-mail and call me * 11/13 Terminix Branch Manager Rick DellaPia advised via e-mail: "You should have received a report from Terminix that simply states if there was termite activity or not. That is the only report that Twrminix provides. I looked at you account and it doesn’t appear any bait was in need of being replaced and the quantity of bait stations at your home is the correct amount.". |

The communication with the sales person, Brandon has been perfect. He has gone above and beyond in every way. The office member that kept contact with me (while we waited for my very slow contractor to finish his work) has been very nice and helpful.
Brock, the team leader that came to the house for installation was very professional in his communication with me when he arrived. However, there are two things that caused me concern the day of installation. Obviously the team members are unaware that their conversations can be heard through the floor. Much of the conversation was about their work and working together. But then there was other conversation that used language that we have never used in our home and a couple of topics that are common amount young men, but not while under my living room floor when every word is very clear. I feel sure that had they been aware, the language and topics would not have taken place. I feel that they do need to be made aware. My biggest concern by far is that today it was noticed that one of the vents was not even inserted totally in the hole when it was suppose to be sealed off! My contractor looked and your method of sealing the vets was only to put styrofoam behind it! They are not even held in. I am disappointed in this because not only am I paying almost $8,000 to secure my crawl space and protect my house but I feel that it is being done cheaply and not securely. I really am confused at this point. My contractor had offered to brick up the vented areas. Now I am regretting that I chose the Terminex system. The gentleman that came today to put in the drain line for the dehumidifier was extremely helpful and professional. When he saw the vent on the ground, he crawled all around my crawl space to check that there were no more problems. He did find a couple of problems and attended to them. I appreciate that he went above and beyond the service that he came to provide. He assured me that an inspector would come and check the work as well. Honestly, if it were not for your helpful professionals such as Brandon, my rating would be lower because of the quality of the service. I want to note that we have been Terminex customers for over 30 years. We had this same service done to our previous home. |

Don’t call up and expect service the same or next day. They send a salesman with a contract then you wait for a call to be scheduled. And wait. And when I did finally get a call - she left a garbled message with an incoherent phone number. Customer service is not their forte.

The first initial treatment…he bombed and put chemical out.
The follow up…we were told to plan to be out due to him bombing again but when he got here he didn’t and we were allowed to stay. And it also lost numerous things that he did not do when he was here. We were suppose to get another follow up in 2 weeks after that and have yet to see them. |

Not very satisfied with the $2254.00 that was spent to seal crawl space and attic at house to keep snakes and other things out. If I would have known that small wire would be screwed to vents and eves then I could’ve done that myself. A severe over charge for what was done. Crawl space looks no different than before Terminix came. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

From the beginning the service was not as expected. It took over 4 tries to get the vapor barrier in the crawlspace and while my lawn was treated for ant hills there seems to be more ant hills than ever before. There was confusion about the times and dates the workers were supposed to show up and no follow up as to how the job went or if I needed any additional services. I would like to cancel this service immediately!
