We are a locally owned franchise of Terminix International that has been serving west Michigan for well over 60 years. All of our pest management professionals are state certified, they have undergone extensive training and are bonded. Our entire staff attends continuing education courses in new pest control techniques and customer service regularly.

I'm very unhappy so far. Hired Terminex because of termites and opted in to the pest control, mainly because we couldn't shell out the $1300 for just the termite ccontrol.Was told they treat pests on 1st visit, they didn't. Was told they clean up the webs around the house, they didn't. Not on the 2nd visit either. I have no clue what they did because I don't even get an after visit summary.

I keep receiving a bill from TWM. When I go to pay it my acct number doesn't exist. I search by address and it says doesn't exist in accounts. Called and left multiple messages and still no return call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NONEXISTENT!
