My lawn was beautiful until it was over sprayed last year with chemicals that was supposed to kill weeds. I'm still not satisfied with the way my lawn appears patches of grass burned not only front yard but back yard as well. Truly Nolen how much longer must I, CONTINUE WITH THIS PROBLEM.

It's a hit-or-miss service. It depends on who you get. Phone scheduling is poor. Termite piles need two appointments: one to see the pile (you already know it's termites) and one to treat it. Each is at least two weeks apart. It's a waste of time! Appointments are cancelled without notice. The people who spray are fine. Yearly inspections are random. Some look at everything, and some barely glance under beds/sofas or in closets.

We have had a contract with Truly Nolen for years now and we have seen the level of service get worse and worse. These days, I have to call 4 or 5 times before I can get a technician to come out for service. If it wasn’t so expensive to start over with another company, I would have left TN a long time ago. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The bug situation seems to be better under control, but now we have rodent problems and we contacted our service provider and he stopped by and put a couple of glue traps which has not really addressed the situation as we now have evidence of rats. If we don’t get better responsiveness, we will be canceling our contract and finding someone else.

Really Terrible. Unavailable and unacceptable customer service, ridiculous scheduling, unprofessional supervision and a complete joke -complete lack of integrity and care for the customer. Disgusting leadership who have no accountability nor respect for their paying customers at all. What are we actually paying for? It’s pathetic fake customer service and gets worse every year with every renewal.

I have had Truly Nolen for over a decade with great service! The last scheduled appointment was not successful because the technician did not communicate that he needed a parking space! I always have a parking space so truly nolen techs do not have to find parking! But he did not communicate with me and after he couldn’t find a parking spot he just left! The man who came and I signed my new renewal with and who looked so carefully at the issues in my home was great! Very helpful and smart! I will need to set up a new appointment.
