Economy Pool

Cleanings are great, except that they keeps moving earlier and earlier each week.

This is our first home with a pool and we're so grateful for Brandon and Jimmy. They have certainly earned our trust and ongoing business with their honesty, great work for the best value and their patience, communication and professionalism. We feel so thankful to call Economy Pools our pool provider and partner. Thank you!

I like your new website however, my pool service today was not as orderly as normal. The hose was taken out of its location and left on my lanai without being returned as it should have been.

I just thought I’d give you a preview of what I will be posting online everywhere I can possibly find a place to review. Never in my life have I dealt with a company as incompetent as yours. List of complaints are as follows:
I paid for a green to clean service, new filter, new pool heater, and continual cleaning service. My pool has never EVER been vacuumed by your company. I never received a new filter, even though I paid for a brand new one. How did I find this out? My heater wouldn’t work so I checked the filter and come to find out it has never been changed since we moved back in after the a hurricane caused enough damage to keep us out for over a year. Suffice to say it was dry rotted, brown, and completely falling apart. I am extremely fortunate that my pool pump was not destroyed because of this. I will officially be cancelling my service Monday. I just wanted to let your company know the type of work you are paying your people to do. Your routine clean guy dumps in some chemicals, skims the surface and does nothing else. I brushed the pool to make sure after they left, plenty of debris came off the steps and bottom. I have a list of other issues but I’ve wasted enough time on this review. Thank you for everything you have done.

Not very happy. Tried to email and call no one ever responded to me. Very disappointed in this company. Pool guy comes out and my pool still looks the same he cleans it one week and adds chemicals the next? I was told I would have a cleaning and chemicals every week. Pool guy is lazy.

Welcomed your salesperson who said you could keep the pool clean for our VRBO guests. After 2 weeks of service, our first guest's first comment was, " I thought you hired a pool service." A photo from that guest looked bad; would have been detrimental to our new business. You took a photo of what you call dirt that looks exactly like what you had told me was algae. In that I may be confused, I asked for a call. All I got was a text suggesting I spend forty six hundred dollars on a new filtration system; ours, you say is DE. But, you directed I get rid of the new bag of DE media that was already on the property. So, what is our filtration system? Is our pool dirty like our guest claims? Waiting until a customer photographs the pool is a poor time to let us know you can't do the job.

Worst company ever dealt with and I don"t think it was the workers fault. Never cleaned pool properly would charge us even when no one showed up and wouldn"t refund what they owed us. Don"t give them your credit card.

Great service and always an immediate response when needed.

Thus far, my first service was a day late. And I can not even tell if the second service, that I was charged for, even happened. When I arrived home on the date of the second service the water in the pool was cloudy and there was dirt on the bottom of the pool. Very dissatisfied with this company.

We have only been using economy pools for about 3 weeks but so far we are happy with the service.
