I believe my maintenance plan of weekly service includes brushing of the pool sides and bottom. I don't believe that has been done consistently, as there is a lot of algae accumulation that I have been having to brush, day after the tech comes...
I am not living there yet so unfortunately I cannot observe the service call visits personally. But please reach out to my tech and ensure that she knows to brush weekly.
