Your salesperson was an absolute delight - knowledgable friendly, personable, and professional.
However, the Technician sent to service my property and residence was a tptal disappointment and will not glean you any new customers.
My opinion, he came to service call "already leaving", he only sprayed inside the house after I ask "I understood from the salesperson that you would spray inside first" - did not know exactly where the ant & fire ant problem areas were outside, and when I ask him spray for wasps, his response was, "oh I will look around for any nest and just knock them down if I see any". . . . . etc., etc., etc.
I will be cancelling my Terminix services immediately.
