Toni is a very good service tech. This has nothing to do with her service. Unfortunately your call center sucks. She shows up and no one called to set up an appointment. I am very tired of having this happen over and over again. The next time someone shows up to do their job and I have no appointment scheduled your company is history to me. I have been a home paramount customer for almost 30 years. Every single one of your techs is personable, does a good job, and I have no problem with their service. Maybe you need to review your call center employees? Or go back to the local reps calling for service appointments?
