I am not happy with the follow up service offered by your company. I had to reschedule/postpose the follow up appointment because there was a gas leak at my house. This was done for the safety of your service person. When I called to reschedule that appointment, I was told that I would be charged for a reschedule because it was not within two weeks of the initial appointment. This is totally NOT customer friendly!

Never know when you are coming. Repeatedly ask you to call a different number. Price is getting to high for mosquito and tick and we still have a ton of mosquitos .

I feel like I was conned into a 1 year contract. I have new tenants and the tech isn’t going into the apartments to treat for pests. I tried to cancel or find out what it would cost per treatment if I didn’t sign up for a contract. Haven’t gotten around to reporting your specious business practices.

Everyone I have dealt with at Paramount has been polite and helpful. The actual service for staying the outside of the house fell short of my expectations. Your agent missed doing our deck ares (which I have reported) and will be corrected next Wednesday, but also I noticed the next sunny morning that windows onthat side of the house and in front of the house second floor had not been treated. All of these windows would have required a ladder (into opiniom). I saw no ladder, but I do still see stink bugs trying, and sometimes succeeding in entering the house. I hope that the followup visit is a month will treat a these windows. To be fair, our yard was overgrown until yesterday. A crew has come now and cut back and trimmed the overgrowth.
