The service is great, but I was disappointed in the billing system. I never signed up for the email billing and I was put in it anyway. I was wondering why my statement had not arrived in the mail. The next thing I know I got a late payment in the mail. So I call the office and was informed that I wasn't the only one that complained about this problem. It was straighten out and hopefully we are back on track and it will remain that way.
