The first time the tech came to my residence he said he would be back in approx. 2 weeks. The treatment order he left confirmed his return date. No one came on that date. I received a "robocall" on a Sunday evening to confirm my scheduled appointment about a month after my initial appointment. Back to the first treatment...I live in a wooded area, in the country, and it seemed as if after the first tech "treated" my house, I seen an increase in activity that I had never seen or experienced previously. There was no follow up until the "robocall". I plan on cancelling the service, so disappointed.
