When I have told you and the techs that I no longer want your service you continue to show up and want to do service. Your techs schedule appointments and than don't show up. I would never recommend you to anyone.

The Richmond office is very aware that I have requested Eddie as my technician. The office called and told me Eddie would be at my house at 3:00pm Thursday, Feb 8th. I even called around 3:00 to make sure I was on Eddie's schedule. I was told I was his next stop. About half an hour later an unknown tech showed up. He was told we were expecting Eddie and would prefer waiting for Eddie. The tech left. We did NOT receive service, as scheduled, Feb 8th. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Do not send me an invoice. I received no service. I am not a happy customer.

Rude office people. This week's visit involved no notification of the fact that the service man was coming, he just showed up. Was going to spray stuff in my yard, even though my account should clearly marked as never spraying anything. No mice have been caught in any trap, yet I was told I had a massive problem.

Allen is our technician and he's awesome! With Padilla being a hybrid office where we are rarely onsite more than 3 days a week, Allen has been very flexible and performs the service even if I'm not in the office. I appreciate that I don't have to reschedule if I'm not there. We have no complaints and really appreciate Allen. Thanks!

It would be a good idea to revamp the scheduling system and be sure that customers are contacted about quarterly service appointments to avoid problems that were encountered this last time with the service. I received the inspection report but still no invoice.
