If you're reading this review, all the negative reviews before mine are LEGITIMATE & 1000% ACCURATE. I'm a current customer, never in my life have I dealt with this level of awful customer service! My pool has not been serviced since August 20th, going on 5 weeks NO SERVICE! I've called their office literally a dozen times, 3/4ths of the time the call stays on hold and I'm sent to voicemail! Their on hold automated lady is a joke! If you want a good laugh call them and listen to it, everything they say their company is doing is FAR from reality. Last Friday I actually got through and spoke to a Service Manager, John, who ASSURED me that we will be "taken care of". My pool still has not been serviced! DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
