I was promised a lot of details from the salesman. The application tech was very nice but did a fraction of what the salesman promised. I called the office to explain, they took my number and said they would have someone contact me. That didn't happen either. I sure hope that what they did kills the termites that I ran into in my investment property. I am not a pest control professional by any means so I am not trying to tell a professional how to do their job. But the sales team and application specialist needs to be on the same page.
