I am not saying this for the gentleman that came on Tuesday to get in trouble. We like our regular guy. He is very friendly and sees what needs to be done. The gentleman that came in place of him came to the door I told him I would open the garage and if he could also do the upper deck and I would open the door for the downstairs. My husband was waiting for him to come to the door as our regular guy does to see if anything else needs done or if we have any concerns. He looked outside and realized that he just left without even talking to anyone. Found that a little strange. Maybe new but might have to polish up on customer service. Thanks.
