I received a voice mail saying the date a technician would be here and asking me to accept or not accept. I could do neither as there as no time given. If there was a time as well as day i would have been able to use the prompts.
I also received an email giving the date and a time of 1 to 5 P.M. I had something to do that day so did it in the morning and arrived home about 12:50 - prior to the 1 to 5 window.
I received an email report saying the technician was here minutes after 12 and he proceeded with the outside. As we were not home he was unable to get in the garage or basement. I believe this has happened before that the technician has come outside the assigned time.
I am very unhappy with this service. I rearranged my day to accommodate Terminex providing the service. Terminex did not adhere to the time frame they provided. In my opinion I did not receive the service I paid for as the technician was unable to access the garage or basement. According to the report he was here about 15 minutes which is not worth the cost. If Terminex is unable to adhere to the time frame they provide (a 4 hour window), I will have to consider other alternatives.
When we have been able to talk to the technician we have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful and able to answer our questions. We also missed the opportunity to speak to him as he came early. I feel Terminex should either reduce the cost of this visit or come again and finish the complete job including the basement and garage.
