First time using a lawn service and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Pest Bear, I should have done this years ago. Joey has been an excellent service representative - he is extremely patient, explaining his approach thoughtfully, immediately responsive to any questions I have, and always goes above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Field tech Chad is excellent as well, always taking time to explain what services he is providing on each visit and making sure he is answering any questions I may have. I am confident that they have my lawn's best interests in mind with every decision. Could not be happier with Joey and Pest Bear, they have my highest recommendation.
