Initial service I asked Spray Tech if impending rain would render treatment ineffective. He told me it would be fine and treated lawn. Shortly after treatment I received a call from Pest Bear saying that due to the impending storm they would be delaying the lawn treatment. When I told him the Tech had sprayed the lawn already the caller said it would be alright. Of course it stormed all day!
Tech told me that he was not set up to take credit card payments, that I should call office to make payment. Pest Bear office took credit card information. Now 20 days later I have received multiple electronic invoices showing payment is due. Most recently yesterday. I am starting to wonder about the service.

I have been a PestBear customer for many years. I started having an issue with my lawn. I contacted them asking for someone to come and look at my lawn. They setup an appointment for Friday morning. At noon on Friday I called and said nobody came or called. They told me they had until 5PM to fulfill the call. At 4:45 I called again and eventually spoke to a manager who gave an excuse. They promised to be out on Monday morning. I waited until noon on Monday, nobody came, nobody called. I called them asking to speak to a manager. I spoke to the same person who again apologized. I am one customer but I am not going to waste my money for a company that doesn't even have the curtesy of a phone call. I canceled my service.

I was told by the salesman that you would get rid of the crabgrass and i would soon have a beautiful green lawn all over The truck came yesterday snd he told me he can not kill the crabgrass and cannot grow grass on the brown patches. I would have to sod. II appreciate his honesty.
