The work was conducted on Saturday, September 7, 2019 while we were out of town. We have not been contacted since. We told them that we would be home on Thursday, September 12, 2019 so that they could do the work inside of the house, check the traps in the crawl space, check the bait boxes in the yard, and schedule the replacement of our vapor barrier. Nobody showed. I got a call on Friday, September 13, 2019 from a technician who had been sent to our house with no instructions as to why he had been sent there. He told us that he would relay our concerns to his manager. We are still waiting to hear back from the company. So far, we are highly unimpressed.
