When I started with your company I had a set representative come to service my home and address my issues. Over the past two years I almost get a different person every time, which to me, provides a lesser service because they don't learn the history of the issues or where problems have been discovered. Also, the primary reason I contacted you was for mice. It's been a LONG time since you have been able to provide bait for my mice bait traps. This isn't helping to keep the problem at bay. It's time to step up your service and provide consistent and complete service.
