Most unhappy - we had 15 hours warning of a visit which was scheduled during a snowstorm and we weren't even there - the e-mail we sent as soon as we got notice of the appointment wasn't replied to. We got charged $190 for a useless visit. We'll likely cancel the service as a result of this awful experience.
