PestBear started providing our pest control, lawn, and shrub fertilization 9/15/2019, so it is too early to tell how well their treatments work. The service was prompt, but I am concerned that our lawn has weeds in it that were obviously not treated. There have been no pest/bug problems in our new house. WMT 10/30/2019.
