I am not happy that you came to my home without leaving a message about the date and time. Since i wasn't expecting you ....I was not at home....you automatically charge my credit card for services you were not able to complete. I also called about your last visit. You again charged my credit card without carrying out the monthly inspection. I called your office to complain and was told that the situation needed to be discussed with senior management and I would receive a follow up phone call...never happened.... there are plenty of pest control companies out there to service my needs ....I will cancel your services.
