All of Catseye's inspection and installation staff have been very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. However, staff were not initially informed about my priority not to use any poisons, and the scheduling, sales, and contracting interactions have been a little more difficult, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

I have been happy with Catseye especially my technician Shane. I call him with any issues and he’s very accommodating. Shane went into the knee wall crawl space in the living room and emptied the traps and replaced them. We also went outside and he found an opening behind some electrical cables entering the house and filled it with silicone. This opening was missed by several technicians in the past. Hopefully this will end the mouse intrusions I have been dealing with for two and a half years now. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Scheduling is a complete nightmare. Appointments get made without any contact to the customer, and when they need to be rescheduled, the company does not stick to verbal and written agreed upon dates and times. Your appointment gets moved without any notice. The only way you find out is when no one shows up. Very frustrating company to work with.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Catseye Pest Control. I searched several websites and wrote down the phone numbers. I skipped the one on the list before Catseye, and chose to call Catseye first. Am I glad I did! I found the staff to be very helpful, and Daryl came to my home within the time frame promised. I even received a phone call from him, informing me he would be a little late. The trap was set at approximately 9:00 a.m. Monday, and by 10:00 that evening, a raccoon was caught in the trap. Tuesday morning, Darryl came and took the raccoon away.

Highway robbery. They charge $478.00 for their Platinum package for a sales guy to sit in my house and one visit to set traps. Then they try to charge $100.00 after that and don’t forget if you want to cancel there is a $180.00 cancellation fee. I would not recommend them to anyone. Literally $478.00 fee to sign up for the service and meet with the sales guy. None of their employees or technicians even offered to wear masks. This was the biggest scam I have ever been a part of. Then when you try to cancel if you don’t pay the fees they say they will put a lien on your home. Read the contracts people and don’t go with these swindlers.

Well it started out good but then some supervisor came out to check things. He left traps on top of kitchen counters exposed. Who does that? Do we really want to come down and see a mouse captured in a trap on the counter. We are paying $85 a month for that. It’s disgusting!

The first crew that came out left my refrigerator unplugged and I had to throw out all the food. When they came back for the third visit and the “ disinfecting” there was no disinfectant at all. They neglected to thoroughly look through a linen closet after which I found mouse droppings in it, and weeks later I found a bookcase in my office covered inside with droppings and acorns. They missed that too. Now I have to wait over a week for someone to come out and fix this???
