I so much appreciated "Lee" who was the first rep at Terminix to visit me. He was informative and professional. I wanted my outside home to be sprayed for snakes after seeing several and the inside for insects. I plan on having a free survey for termites soon. I was also pleased with the man who came to do the spraying.
