Had the yearly inspection not found the small plumbing leak under the house and alerted it to us we would have had a very serious problem which would have been worse than it was. As it was , the plumber found several leaks plus ducts that had been broken at an earlier time. It was an expensive process but saved a lot.Terminex treated the fungal outbreak --------- all is well now.All from a small leak that led to serious problems which would have gotten worse.
