We have had Terminex service for over 25 years. This year, for the first time, we have had to request multiple callings for return applications. Routinely, after 2 weeks or so, we begin to see the return of insects - ants, silverfish, spiders/spider webs, and centipedes. I am uncertain as to the problem. We have had the same application person for several years and he readily returns. However, it is very annoying to have to continuously call back for service. Thank you for your attention to this.
