New guy, I believe his name is Charlie, was kind, respectful and did his job to our satisfaction. Just wondering what happen to Joseph as he has been our tech guy for years. We miss him - he knows our yard and what to do & asks if we need to discuss any new things we might want. We discussed this with Charlie (forgive me if that is not the new techs name & he did not take offense - yet understood). He did a great job but we were just expecting our man "Joseph".
