Dan is a true doctor of death, a maestro of bug-murder, and just a great guy all around. He and the A1 team worked around my unique situation and showed up on time for an assessment of my house. During the assessment, he was a fountain of facts regarding creeping crawlies and the kill-a-ma-jigs he could employ. After the assessment, and due to my timelines, he immediately called his bat phone and scheduled an appointment a for Sunday. Prompt again, he got to work.
