Terrible experience. First, i sent the contract back and didn't hear anything for weeks. I finally followed to up and was "fit in the schedule" a week later even though the three hour window didn't work for me. I asked that you come early in that window if possible. So, the day arrives, I take work off and wait during the entire window. COMPLETE NO SHOW!! I got a call later that afternoon letting me know Chris was not going to make it until end of the day. Hey Chris, call early in the day not after the window. He said he still had four other stops and knew the whole day he wouldn't make our time because "the office can't schedule." He promised last week that I'd receive a prompt phone call that afternoon or the next morning to reschedule. Yup, you guessed it, it's been over a week and NOTHING!
