Apparently your technician, Zach, was at my house yesterday. I had waited until about 3:00, but then had to leave. As I crossed the Bend River Bridge I saw him down below. I suppose he was spraying for an earlier job, or something. Anyway, I returned 3-4 hours later and found my small dog 500+ feet, out on the street in front of my house! The little orange note near the front door indicated he had been here, but nothing else. No idea what he did...other than leave the gate open!!! It is a latched gate. In 30 years of having my house sprayed, it has NEVER been left wide open! This is totally unacceptable! I had asked to have the interior sprayed...obviously this wasn't done because of his late arrival and my being gone. My dog could have been run over or gone forever. I called this morning and got some 'nice' comments from your staff, but obviously need to look for another company to maintain my house. Totally unacceptable...plus not having the slightest idea if any spraying was done on the exterior! I am totally dissatisfied!!!
