During the years I've dealt with Terminix, their service has been very good.If there is a concerned, they will do their best to make it right.As far as I can tell, they try to LIVE up to their standards.

My suggestion is that you NEED to do a better job at grouping your appointments.I've seen times where you have an appointment downtown Newport News,the next appiontment is uptown Newport News.That's time, money and gasoline. Not a very good way to conduct business and be efficient. To help yourselves,look at the customers you have in a certain area and their service you render per month,then schedule them accordingly and I promise tha you will get more accomplished.For an example,the Tech that serviced me on 8-5-17 was across the street at my neighbor's house on 8-4-17.His next appointment was approximately ten miles away......DOES THAT MAKE GOOD BUSINESS SENCE......THEN COME BACK TO THE SAME AREA, SAME STREET THE NEXT DAY...I DON'T THINK SO.
