Fantastic customer service. They have handled my Pest Control, but I ended up getting a mouse problem in my attic, hired them to take care of that unfortunately the technician accidentally stepped through my ceiling. Luckily, he was not injured, but the company went above and beyond to make sure that my ceiling was taken care of covering the expenses and communication was phenomenal. Then the technician Austin sent me a bouquet of flowers to extend his apologies and I just have to say I’m beyond speechless. Customer service in this country has gone to crap, but this company made me believe again and I am happy to have them service my needs in my home and I highly recommend this company for any pest control needs.
