It's been almost a year and the weeds on my property continuously grow rapidly. I have received numerous warnings from my HOA for the weed growth. I have followed the instructions left at my property when to water or water more. I have paid water bills as high as 500 dollars a months following these instructions. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results I am receiving. I literally revived my grass from brownish yellow to dark green on my own. Why am I paying for a service?
